Business Card advertising
Business Card advertising is an easy and affordable way to get your business noticed and remembered in the Appaloosa world! Submit a digital copy of your business card to advertising@appaloosajournal.com. These ads are 1/10 of a page and are printed in black and white.
Stallion Avenue
The Stallion Avenue is for individual stallion promotion only. Promotion of any other stallion must be in a separate ad. Sales services, training services or any other type of promotion are not accepted. This section is published in color with a standard layout. Print-ready material will not be accepted. These ads are automatically duplicated to Appaloosa Journal Online each month Appaloosa Journal is printed.
Horseman’s Directory
Horseman’s Directory is a state-by-state guide of ranches and businesses. Ranch information, stallions standing and specialties are listed as well as overnight stabling availability and directions. Horseman’s Directory is one of the most affordable advertising venues for your farm or business. You can reach 30,000 people monthly. Call for due dates on this pre-paid section. These ads are automatically duplicated to Appaloosa Journal Online each month Appaloosa Journal is printed.
Classifieds
Classified ad copy is not accepted over the phone and must be legible. Appaloosa Journal is not responsible for errors resulting from handwritten copy. Ads must be pre-paid. Credit card information must include number, expiration date and cardholder’s name. Classified ads may be duplicated to Appaloosa Journal Online for $10 per month.
Classifieds and Horseman’s Directory ads are not considered for frequency contracts. Contract advertisers must contact the advertising department before the closing date of each issue to indicate what size advertising space should be reserved. Without a signed contract, the one-time rate will be charged.

DEADLINE for ad material: The material deadline is the 20th of each month, two months before
publication of the issue. For example, August 20th is the deadline for publication in the October issue.
