Olva Pharo

All of her life, Olva has ridden, drawn and sculpted horses. Her knowledge of equine anatomy comes from many years of involvement with horses, riding and showing hunters and jumpers and dressage. Olva has worked closely with many equestrian organizations designing trophies, and in 1997 the Texas United States Equestrian Team Endowment Fund named her its official artist. She specializes in equine portraits in pencil and bronze but also offers limited-edition sculptures and prints.
